Rein Lomax

Over the course of his career, Rein Lomax has established himself as a “go-to” personal injury lawyer in the London, Ontario area. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1995, and founded the Lomax Law Firm in 2001. For the last 15 years, he has focused his practice exclusively in the area of personal injury law. Today, he runs an active and thriving practice assisting clients with all types of personal injury cases.

Rein understands where his clients are coming from. “I’m usually the last person they want to see,” he says. “They have been injured, and are often suffering the physical and psychological consequences that go along with traumatic accidents. For many clients, their injuries have had a major impact in every area of their lives; they may not even know if they will be able to work again.” His goal, he explains, is simple: “We are here to make sure they receive the care and treatment that they need in order to obtain a full recovery. I want to make sure that they walk out in a far better place, physically and psychologically, as a result of the work we do for them.” Rein also believes that there is a measure of healing that takes place when justice has been served. When those responsible for an injury step up and take responsibility, it can help an accident victim to move forward in many ways.

At the Lomax Law Firm, the team strives to be not just skilled lawyers, but good guides and educators. Rein understands that the legal process can be especially daunting for those who have never been a part of it before. “People are intimidated by the process, and understandably so. At the same time, they are afraid for their future,” Rein explains. He takes care to put his clients at ease, walking them through every step in the progression of their case, and make sure they understand all of the legal options that are available to them. “We are there to make sure that they receive the compensation they need, and if that involves litigation, then that is what we do. We are determined to protect our clients’ rights. We take care of the legal matters, and you concentrate on getting better.”
